We had representative come out from American AV for a free consultation, Arnas took his time explaining options and giving ideas about our home theater set up , we ended up purchasing all audio and video gear trough American AV and had them install it and set it up. Arnas arrived on time and got straight to work. He took the time to thoroughly go over what was to be done and how he was going to do it. Arnas resolved a problem we were having with our entertainment system that was installed by a company that specialized in lighting and sound systems. Arnas fixed the problem the first company created. We couldn’t be happier with what was done. American AV is wonderful to work with.

Called a few weeks ago to get an estimate for ceiling speakers - he came out promptly and had an estimate for us really quick. Came back for install with his associate and they were both super quick, CLEAN (most important! ????), and knowledgeable. I even had a service call at 7pm and was gladly walked through the step-by-step with trouble shooting to make sure it was working (it was correctly installed but had a few cords missing from the receiver box that I had gotten later in the day for the tv portion). Great experience and would gladly use them again when we plan to expand speakers outside onto the patio!
